Hilcorp Alaska filed plans of development with the Alaska Department of Natural Resources' Division of Oil and Gas March 10 for three small Cook Inlet gas fields, all on the west side of the inlet: Ivan River, Lewis River and Pretty Creek. Collectively the three averaged some 3.5 million cubic feet....
