The Baker Hughes' U.S. rotary drilling rig count was 587 the week ending Sept. 27, down by one rig from 588 the previous week, and down by 36 from 623 a year ago, after dropping two rigs the previous week. Over the last eight weeks the rig count was down in six and up in two with a gain of 10 agains....
