Global oil inventories expected to drop

EIA says additional production after first quarter to increase inventory, put downward pressure on Brent, to $72 in fourth quarter

The Brent crude oil spot price is expected to remain close to its current $74 per barrel in early 2025 but drop to $72 per barrel in the fourth quarter on inventory builds, averaging $74 per barrel for the year, the U.S. Energy Information Administration said in its December Short-Term Energy Outloo....
