We sell subscriptions to our premium content which currently includes Petroleum News and Petroleum News’ News Bulletins, You may print or download the articles for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary notices. You may not retrieve the data to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Petroleum Newspapers of Alaska, LLC Publisher Kay Cashman. Nor may you publish any content or its portions online. All other rights are reserved.

Free Trial and Refund Policy

You have the option for a free trial of Petroleum News and/or the news bulletins. We give you this option so you have an opportunity to fully evaluate the publications before you buy it. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period and owe us nothing. However, after the trial period expires we will send you a non-obligatory invoice to start a new subscription.

Payment

Can be made by credit card, money order or check.

Cancellation

Once you sign up for a paid subscription it can be cancelled but we will not issue a refund for the unused portion. However, you can request the balance of your subscription be sent to another individual of your choice.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any such changes will be posted online on this page. If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions your only option is to cancel your subscription according to the terms set forth above.

Personal subscriptions

Sharing your subscription with anyone else is prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure. If you believe your password may have been compromised please notify us immediately.
